Happy Halloween!

My little goblins had a great Halloween. We started with the Fall Festival at the church last night. There was a cake walk, a bounce house, a hayride and lots of games. And then, tonight, what better way to trick-or-treat than riding in a wagon. We visited our old neighborhood and the kids had a blast. I'm not sure what was more fun getting pulled by the lawn mower or getting candy. Brady loved being in the stroller. He kept saying "Wheeeeeee" every time he rode in it. And Zachary was a skeleton, a chubby skeleton. (Happy 4 months baby boy!) Now, my soccer player, Cinderella, my little chicken and the skeleton are fast asleep! Ahhh! Happy Halloween everyone!

Loving Fall...

Fall is my favorite time of year, and the kids love all the fun things that come with this season. They especially enjoy the Halloween packages from Grandma Marsha. Thanks for the waxed lips we all enjoyed them!

And Brady likes to get his own snacks now...not the most healthy thing, Doritos, but could be commercial material with the hat and Lindsey's shoes.

Bruce and I tried a trip to Gatlinburg, not a good choice with it being peak leaf season. Everyone in the country was there. However, we did get a great picture of the mountains. This being on our way home...why did we drive from the mountains to the mountains????
And Zach, cute and can be!

For some reason my computer isn't letting me put these pictures in order, so you get to see the finished product last. Lindsey carved Brady's pumpkin all by herself.

They all enjoyed watching Daddy carve pumpkins...

but, scooping out the seeds was only done by Lindsey and Bruce. Rachel the princess, did get one handful, but decided a spoon would be better while trying to hold her hair back with the other.

Decorating pumpkin face cookies...Yum!!

And the finished product. They did a great job!

And finally, this is what Brady thinks of scooping out pumpkins...

Too Long

I'm sorry it's been way too long since I've last posted anything, where does the time go? So here are some pictures from our last few weeks. One of those weeks was spent in PA having lots of fun with Grandma Marsha and the gang. We took the kids to Pittsburgh...

and they loved riding the incline.

We also were able to visit with Great Grandma Anna McNulty. It was so nice to see her and Aunt Mary.

Back home things are as usual, here's our little builder working on the porch...

and the girls with Brady's hats.

He loves hats!!

And here's Lindsey with her new bike. An early birthday present to enjoy before the weather gets too cold, although most of the time they don't leave the garage. They all love riding in our new garage...thanks Pop-Pop!

A day at the Fair

Brady had started showing his affection for Zach by sitting on him. But, here Brady decides kisses are better...

and smiling sweetly keeps Mommy's voice at a more loving tone :)

We had a great time seeing the Taylor tribe and hanging out with all the cousins. Lia loved giving Zachary lots of kisses...

Our day at the fair last week turned out to be rainy, so the kids didn't get to ride anything.
However, they did get to see a little bear and dog show which was cute. They were doing tricks and one bear even went down a slide, reluctantly. But, for a marshmallow, I guess even a bear will do most anything. Wonder if that works with kids?

The Future...

I'm not sure what God's plan is for this little man...

but, whatever it is I know Brady will be good at it.

Zachary loves when you talk to him, especially if it's Daddy. Just like all the others, he'll soon become a Daddy's boy :).

The Boys...

Brady loves that his Daddy continues to dig up the yard and "play" in the dirt. Hopefully now the grass will start growing and there will be no more "dirt, dirt"...

...and is other favorite thing...tractors...isn't it amazing at how God designs boys and girls. This was at my friends house and Brady wouldn't get off it...birthday and Christmas will be here soon (hint, hint).

And of course I had to take this cute picture of our chubba lubba...he was 14.8 lbs and 24 inches long at his MD appointment last week. And, I know I shouldn't say this, but he has slept through the night for the past week....hallelujah!!!
