Our Garage is Underway.

Our construction on the garage is underway and Dad is finally making progress now that we've had a little break from all the rain.

And Lindsey and Rachel enjoyed a little fun with the water guns...although clearly Lindsey is fairing better in this water fight....

...and Rachel was the wetter of the two...

...with poor Brady wishing to be out there running around with them.
How terrible of me to try to fix dinner and not be able to go outside.

Soccer Time

Another evening at the soccer field....Lindsey has such a great time and plays so hard. We had our first stepping on the fingers incident today, she handled it well but came out of the game in tears. I don't think it will stop her though...

And, my future soccer player has a little fun too with Dad and sis...

A Day at the Park

Another beautiful day! This evening we took the kids to park and had a picnic...

Brady would have loved to get into the water, but instead he had to watch his sisters enjoy it. Wonder how much longer I'll be able to keep him from going in??

At least he enjoyed the slide...

Rachel in her Cinderella clothes....she really is a princess you know.

And the kids pose in front of the flowers for a picture after church. (Yes these pictures are in reverse order of how our day progressed, but I wasn't going to re-upload them all.)

Is my little girl really 4?

Lindsey had another soccer game today and then the girls had a birthday party afterwards. I couldn't resist taking this picture of Rachel with her hair up, she looked so cute and like such a little girl. Can she really be 4 already?

Sunshine, Dirt and Trucks!

We are so glad to have some days of sunshine. Brady loves to be outside and since we have lots of dirt with the addition...what could be more fun than playing in it with trucks? Such a little boy...

Rachel enjoyed making mud cakes too...

We hope to have many more days for the kids to play outside, although that does mean more dirt... on them... in the house....more baths...oh well, at least they're having fun!

Lindsey's Soccer Game

Lindsey had a soccer game today, here's some pictures of her warming up before the game.

She did a great job and had a great time playing. Bruce gave her a quarter every time she kicked the ball...I think she came away with about 10 quarters....she was very excited!!

Easter Morning

Lindsey, Rachel and Brady woke Easter morning to find some treats in their Easter baskets...

Brady was very excited about his Fisher Price farm set and drove his tractor all over the house.
And, after hunting some eggs and having breakfast they stood still a brief moment in their Easter outfits to have a picture before church. After church we went to Grandma and Pop-pop's for Easter dinner. The kids hunted more eggs and had a great time!
"There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and , going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it....The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.....go quickly and tell his disciples..." Matthew 28: 2-7

The Coloring of the Eggs

Lindsey and Rachel had a great time coloring and painting eggs. Once Brady figured out he wasn't going to get to eat any of them he decided to entertain us by standing on his head. The girls gladly colored some eggs for his basket too and they even left a few for Daddy to eat.

Packages from Grandma!

There is nothing better than receiving packages in the mail, especially from Grandma Marsha. The girls and Brady loved opening this one to see what great things were mailed for Easter. Thanks Grandma! You made their day!

Happy Birthday Rachel!

Rachel had a wonderful Belle birthday. Grandma made her cake and her cousins decorated with lots of balloons and streamers. Of course having them there to celebrate with her made the day great! Happy 4th birthday princess!
