We had to do it...

this is the only year we could pull this off...a little old woman with "her" walker...

thinking seriously about all this craziness...

and having fun.

But, at "she" lost "her" hair and chose a handkerchief, a "woman" is free to change her mind at times...

but, "she" always loved pushing the walker.

We decided to change Zachary's costume for the church Fall Fest, we thought it would be cute and lots of people had a good laugh.

But here a few more faces of Zach...

and some of these only a Mother can love...

Happy 16 months Zach...you're a good sport!

Happy Halloween!

My little pumpkins dressed up for trick-or-treating and had a fun time gathering lots of candy. Lindsey is a Queen at a masquerade party, Rachel is the princess Ariel, of course, Brady is a kangaroo...

and Zachary...a lion. (And when told "say trick-or-treat", he roared....it was cute actually!)

I think this is the best picture I took all night of the 4 of them. This is with our sweet neighbors, the Worleys, notice Brady is right with the man that gives all the tractor rides.

And Polamalu, a.k.a Bruce, pulled the boys around our old neighborhood in a wagon.

Lindsey posing with the completed carved pumpkins, these are Rachel's and Zach's...

and Lindsey's and Brady's. (She was proud. She carved her own all by herself.)

And these are a few pictures of the kids opening their Halloween package from Grandma Marsha...they loved all the great treats.

Thanks Grandma Marsha! Happy Halloween everyone!

Zachary's Dedication

We were given 4 sweet children to love and take care of. On Sunday, it was Zachary's turn to be officially dedicated back to the One that had given him to us. Zachary is full of laughter and fun and loves to do whatever his older siblings are doing, like horsey rides on Daddy...

being outside...

and his blankie and paci (a.k.a "pappy or pa-pa").

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. " (Deut. 6: 5-7)

We are so thankful for Zachary and all of our gifts from God. We want to leave a legacy for our children and raise them in a way that brings glory to Him.

I want a cookie....

So......my 14 month old decides to get a chair and...

push it up to the kitchen counter.

Looking over his shoulder, he climbs up into the chair...

to finally reach is goal...

cookies!

And helps himself to one that is tasty.

"Snips and snails and puppy dog tails, that's what little boys are made of..."

But, my sissy's make yummy cookies!

I turned my back...

for one moment...
to clean up some sticky hands...

and found my son...

like this.

(And with this take two he was much quicker at his new accomplishment.) I'm very busy these days.....

Another 1st for Zachary...

FINALLY after several days of fever, some diarrhea and grumpiness....Zachary cut his first tooth....at almost 14 months. We're all a little sad about losing those sweet toothless grins, but excited too.

I just love this picture, I can't believe it turned out so well!

And here's a picture of Zach with his birthday cake (yes, from 2 months ago). My friend made his cake and we had a red, white and blue theme since we celebrated around July 4th.

Summer Vacation

Yes, I'm finally trying to catch up the blog before we begin school and get even busier. We have had a fabulous summer and seems like we've been busy, even though the kids would have liked to have done more. The girls got their hair cut today and very reluctantly I agreed to let Rachel cut off her hair. :( She wanted it to her shoulders, I agreed to just below her shoulders and Lindsey decided to get bangs. So, here they are sporting their "new dos".

The girls being crazy dancing to Christmas music (of all things) yesterday, I hope they always have this much fun together.

This is the beginning of our beach vacation pictures from last week. We had a great time with the McNulty family at the Outer Banks, if only there were fewer jellyfish. :)
Brady loved taking bubble baths in the jacuzzi tub.

Grandma Marsha and Brady playing in the waves. ( Marsha, I know you were afraid of this picture getting posted, but honestly I think it's the only one I have that proves you were there, so I had to do it! :)
Brian, Katie and Jack (and a new baby on the way!!!!!)

Jack on a sea turtle.

Here's a few more sharing a picture with the turtle....Evan's getting so grown up.

Lindsey playing in the sand...

and Rachel posing for the camera!

And...Zachary....HOORAY!!! He learned to walk at the beach. Everyone had a great time watching him take his steps. And the more everyone cheered, the more he walked. He still walks with his arms up...and he's getting faster every day!

Zach had a great first beach trip. He didn't eat much sand and loved the water.

Of course Lindsey found a bird to feed, so she's telling Brady all about it.

Thanks for the great week McNulty's!! We had a wonderful time and miss you all!
