Fun in the Sun

We finally had a couple of sunny days and the kids enjoyed being outside. They finally were able to play of the slip-n-slide. The girls had so much fun sliding...
and Brady had more fun playing with the screwdriver.

The highlight of Lindsey's day was to get to ride Ladybug, one of the horses in front of our house. Mrs. Karen is going to start letting her ride some.

Of course Rachel got to ride too.

And the brave hunter has been out hunting wabbits with his spear and magic helmet, except in this case it was a groundhog. My grandfather would have been proud!

Today we took the kids to the Hands On Museum. Here they're shopping in the play store...

and then to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch. They had a great day!

And we can't forget "ba-ba ach" (as Brady calls him very proudly), he's 5 weeks old today. He's growing everyday and doing great!

Zach at 4 weeks

Zachary has found his voice and loves to let us hear it every evening. He is also giving us a hint of a smile once in awhile.

Brady in the masculine princess helmet on his Pooh car...

and his cute impression of a kitty cat.

What sweet boys I have!

Our Weekend...

We had a very busy weekend with my cousin getting married and everyone coming home for the occasion. It was so nice to see everyone and the kids had a great time playing with all their cousins. One of the highlights for Brady was to sit on Mr.Worley's tractor...

and he and Rachel love to ride bikes in our garage.

Here's Kristin in her beautiful dress. Congratulations Kristin and Monty, everything was really nice and we wish you the best!

Zachary got to meet more of his cousins, Aunts and Uncles. Here's Lauren getting to hold him... and sweet little Lia loved rubbing his head. (Isn't she beautiful!)

Alex enjoying some of the wedding cake Grandma Taylor made.

My cousin Shawn with Zach...

It was a great weekend and fun to see everyone. Hope you all have a safe trip back and can't wait to see you again soon!

Zach at 3 Weeks Old

I bought this outfit thinking it was a newborn size and Zachary could wear it for a while when I brought him home...well I squeezed him into it for at least one photo op. I quickly discovered it will be his last picture in it...

Lindsey was holding him and he fell asleep on her, she thought that was great. She has the touch!

Zachary's first bath on Saturday...he didn't like it so much! He had another last night and did much better.
Happy Birthday Bruce!! Although he didn't have a very fun day with work, he did get a nice metal detector. Maybe someday he'll find the time to use it. How's it feel to be 39?
And sweet little Zach showing off his chubby cheeks and double chin last night. At his MD appointment yesterday he weighed 10 lbs 4 oz and was 21 inches long. He's starting to look nice and squishy (I mean healthy)!

Happy 3 weeks Zachary!

Thank You!

We've had a great week with Grandma Marsha and this past weekend Bruce's older brother came down with his family to visit and take Grandma back home. The kids had a great time playing together and meeting Zachary. Here's Kate and Evan with Zach...
and making Smores one night.
The big brother stealing kisses...
and most of the McNulty cousins (Jack was down last weekend).

Grandma, we miss you already. How can I ever thank you enough for all your help this week? I really appreciate all you've done. We love you and wish you lived closer. Here's a few pictures of Zach from this afternoon.

Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Psalm 139:13-16

Ahh! Peaceful Sleep..

I'm not sure how many of these moments will occur in the near future, so I took the opportunity to catch at least one of Zachary sleeping peacefully to remind me that it can happen...and the boys lining up for their morning diaper change...when did Brady get so big?

The kids took Grandma Marsha up on the hill behind our house, they are having such a great time with her here. Thanks Grandma!!
