Our Day at Idlewild Park

It was another beautiful day in Ligonier so we took the kids to Idlewild Park. Brady loved driving the cars...

and boats.

The girls were able to ride bigger things for the first time and they thought that was great. Here they are in the airplanes...

while Brady watched.

And, Bruce took them on the big Ferris Wheel.

What another great day!

They will be sad to leave tomorrow after this great trip. Thanks for all the fun Grandma Marsha! We love you!

Living Treasures

The kids had a great time today at the petting zoo. They were able to pet and feed all kinds of animals which they loved! Here are just a few of them.

This goat jumped over his fence and kept following us around, he thought the bucket of food was just for him.

Lindsey and Rachel enjoyed riding this pony named Topaz...

and Brady would not be outdone, he had to ride too.

This is Bruce's favorite animal, a crazy looking cow named Muffin....look at that tongue! Yuck!

And last of all, Brady's favorite...the Bobcat! "Brrrm...Brrrm!"

A Day in Ligonier

Our day started with a walk up street to the Diamond in the center of town, the kids love playing on the gazebo.

This is the Methodist church, one of the prettiest in town.

This evening we went to Lynn Run for a picnic. Although the water was too cold to get in the kids still had a good time...

especially eating smores! YUM!!!

Fun at Grandma Marsha's

The kids had a fun day at Grandma Marsha's playing at Friendship Park...

Then, Brady had to take a little time out to "bang, bang" on Daddy...

and feed Rachel's baby. What a great time at Grandma's so far...

Helping Daddy in the Garden

Rachel and Lindsey had a great time helping Daddy plant beans and corn in our garden. Rachel did a little more digging holes in the garden and playing...

while Lindsey was very exact in counting the number of seeds that go in each spot.

Brady just enjoyed driving the lawn mower, as usual. Think he'll enjoy driving it in 10 years when we really want him to?

Meet Sophia

We have a new addition to the horses in the field across from our house. This is Sophia and the girls finally got to see her up close. Lindsey is just beside herself excited that the horses are back and about Sophia. Wonder if she'll be the vet she claims she'll be when she grows up?

Awaiting Injuries

I'm not sure what we were thinking when we bought it, but we finally put the trampoline together and the kids love it! We know injuries are inevitable, we just hope they will be a long time coming. At least they are having a blast right now.
